May 16, 2022 – Vendors on the waiting list will be offered the spots for which payment has not been received.
May 31, 2022 – Payment deadline for waiting list vendors.

Vendor Fees:
Artisan Vendors - $300 for 10X10 Space
$425 for 20X20 Space
Food Vendors - $400 for 10X10 Space

Electric Fees:
If you wish to bring your personal generator. They are permitted. You must supply your own Heavy duty extension cord.

Vendor setup will be from 9:00am on Tuesday June 28 with setup complete by 9:00pm on Thursday June 30.

All vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Teppy Dreams, LLC as additionally insured.

Health Department Requirements
Food vendors will be required to pay $50 on the day of the festival for a Preston County Health Department Permit. The inspector will arrive Friday afternoon to distribute these. Food Services already permitted in Preston County will not have to get another permit.
In order to pass Health Department inspection all food vendors must have the following:
· Some type of temporary hand washing set up - can be as simple as a Gatorade cooler with hot water in it, bucket setting under it, soap, and paper towels.
· Cover over food preparation – can be an easy-up tent
· Three bowl sink – three dish pans with some dish detergent and bleach for sanitizing (you don’t have to have it set up)
· Ability to keep cold food cold and hot food hot
